2003

Serve air cargo commences cargo operations from all our DRC. are the first destinations Kinshasa and Lubumbashi connected by an Airbus A300 and a Boeing 737-300.

2004

Serve air cargo network grows to over 25 destinations across DRC.

2005

Serve air cargo carries over 200,000 tonnes of cargo during the year, with 40% year-on-year growth in its first 13 years.

2006

Serve air cargo introduces SkyChain for advanced cargo management.

Serve air cargo carries over 1  million tonnes of cargo during the financial year. The Serve air cargo network  now connects over 25 destination. The airline’s fleet  also included four dedicated freighters.

 

2008

Serve air cargo’s state-of-the-art, 43,600m2 Cargo Mega Terminal, opens in Kinshasa.

2009

Serve air cargo introduces the Boeing Freighter aircraft to its fleet.

2010

Serve air cargo transports over 2.3 million tonnes of cargo across 25 destinations in DRC.

2011

Serve air cargo celebrates 17 years of operations. Serve air cargo dedicated to freighter aircraft cargo, is officially inaugurated.

2012

The carrier also launches Serve air cargo Pharma, a specialised service for the transport of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals.

2013

Serve air cargo launches more industry-specific services including Serve air cargo Fresh and Serve air cargo Wheels. A rose decal installed on a freighter aircraft marks the brand's contribution to global trade and the horticultural industry.

2014

Serve air cargo delivered maximum vaccines for DRC people.

2015
